Do you have the patience of a saint, the memory of an elephant, and the customer service skills of a golden retriever? Then we want you on our team!

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and unflappable Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face (and calming voice) of our veterinary clinic. You’ll be the first person our furry patients’ humans meet—and the one who makes them feel like family.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients with warmth, empathy, and just the right amount of dog hair on your clothes.

• Master the fine art of phone juggling while booking appointments, and answering questions.

• Keep our front desk organized, our records accurate, and our clients smiling (even when their pets… aren’t).

• Work closely with our medical team to keep the day running smoother than a freshly groomed poodle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

• Comfort working with animals and their sometimes-stressed owners.

• Prior veterinary office experience.

• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings.
