This is a full-time, temporary assignment lasting 12 weeks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our efficient, committed Supply Chain team builds partnerships to get the right product to the right place at the right time.  In this role, you’ll enable success through being a highly detailed, self-driven and organized Supply Chain Analyst focused on managing critical administrative, operational, and coordination of tasks that ensure the successful execution of the co-manufacturing team’s initiatives and objectives. This role provides support with data analysis and reporting to help drive strategic decision-making across the organization, anticipating future needs and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 3 days a week

Hourly Rate: $30 - $36/hour (Depending on experience) 

New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Own CoMan Summary Tracker file and ensure formulas are functioning properly and calculating data accurately.  Meet with Coman team weekly and finance monthly to review MoP/ToP tracker details and rebate alignment for all applicable Co-manufacturers. 

  • Maintain a live Co-Packer Capability matrix for both PET and Can across both current, flex and potential partners, ensuring the data remains current and valid.

  • Support team with drop-in innovation data-gather requests and ensuring updates into capability matrix.

  • Maintain and organize digital files and folders – centralizing templates, trackers, and project-related documents, helping teams optimize workflow efficiencies, including sharepoint management and organization; ensuring folders are organized and up to date.

  • Act as the primary coordinating point for pulling together Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) by consolidating inputs from various teams, ensuring data accuracy, and preparing cohesive reports and presentations.  May include support pulling together Top-to-Top / Executive meeting decks.

  • Own new item setups for co-manufacturing operations all new PET and Can items. 

  • SOP Management and Documentation - Manage, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they remain relevant and reflect ongoing workflow improvements.  

  • Support Supply Chain team with executing the year-end checklist through Workfront or other tool.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and contribute to projects that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field, ideally in the CPG industry.

  • 2–3 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role with exposure to analytics and KPI measurement.

  • Experience with systems such as: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Transportation Management Systems and Warehouse Management System (WMS) (e.g. Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, Ramp, Open Dock, etc.).

  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as **Excel**, **PowerPoint**, and other office or collaboration tools like **SharePoint** or **Teams**.

  • Familiarity with supply chain reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Comfort with analyzing data and using it to create intuitive reports, dashboards, or summaries for decision-making purposes.

  • Analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on efficiencies.
