They operate with autonomy, escalate when appropriate, and are energized by building talent, shaping organizational processes, and making a tangible impact across a growing business unit.

This role is being offered in hybrid capacity and onsite work can be done at one of the following locations: Tucson, AZ; Tewksbury, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; Portsmouth, RI or McKinney, TX. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

  • Shape the organization by hiring exceptional talent. This includes resource planning with EBA managers, reviewing resumes, arranging and conducting interviews, and managing the full new‑hire process through deployment onto EBA teams.

  • Develop materials and support creation of new onboarding and training resources for EBAs and managers, with the goal of establishing an EBA Certification program.

  • Lead and improve managerial processes including Midyear and Year-End reviews, employee performance monitoring, IDP reviews, Merit cycle participation, career development discussions, and the EBA/Manager Mentor Program.

  • Participate in the Engineering Finance People’s Council as a senior leader.

  • Identify, drive, and implement projects that support process harmonization, documentation, and scalability across the organization via CORE methodology.

Qualifications You Must Have
