The Oregon State Hospital, Pendleton Cottage, in Pendleton, Oregon, is currently seeking applicants for the position of Mental Health Therapy Coordinator.
As a Mental Health Therapy Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the 24-hour staffing schedule to ensure the facility's needs are met. You will assign, oversee, and coordinate the non-clinical and non-nursing work assignments of Mental Health Therapists, ensuring accuracy, task completion, and adherence to policies and procedures. Additionally, you will perform administrative, scheduling, and direct care functions to facilitate the efficient daily operation of the facility.

Work Schedule
Wednesday-Saturday - NOC Shift 5:30 pm- 4:00 am
Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Note: This position is located in Pendleton, Oregon.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be reflected in your application for consideration.
Three years of experience in the care and treatment of mentally, emotionally, and/or behaviorally impaired clients.
Associate or a bachelor’s degree in social science (such as social work, human services, psychology, child development, gerontology, health, or health education) may be substituted for one year of the required experience.

Experience in facilitating and instructing groups within the framework of the Recovery Model.
Experience in administering medications.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Special Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Oregon driver's license.
Must possess QMHA (Qualified Mental Health Associate) certification or willing to obtain within the first month of employment.
