Overview
Provides direct service, screening, problem assessment, direct therapeutic counseling, client referral, crisis intervention, follow-up services and case management on an ongoing basis to clients seeking assistance.
- Provide direct counseling services to EAP clients.
- Assess and refer EAP clients to external resources as needed.
- Support clinical management team in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
- Provide crisis support to EAP clients as needed.
- A Resident in Counseling (Virginia) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (North Carolina) license is required for master's degree graduates pursuing supervised experience necessary for licensure eligibility. Candidates must commit to obtaining full licensure within two years.
