Finance Department
The Finance Department supports organizational decision‑making and compliance through accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and oversight of financial activities. The team partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and scalable growth while maintaining strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Position Overview
This role will be based in: Denver, CO and is in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).
The Construction Cost Coordinator will assist the Construction Cost and Finance team in North America with the preparation of capital project funding documentation and invoice reporting, administration and user support of financial and accounting systems, formation of capital purchase orders and their approvals, and administrative support of various processes used by the Construction Cost and Finance team and its stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide data entry support for new projects, budgets, and project commitments
Assist with monthly invoicing, cost summaries, and documentation to support capital project funding
Coordinate lender and project inquiries to meet forecast liquidity requirements
Perform data research, compilation, and analysis for the Construction Cost and Finance Team
System-level data reconciliation as per request
Internal and external stakeholder support
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Or related educational field)
Basic understanding of construction cost accounting and commitment types
Knowledge of contractor pay applications and related documentation such as lien waivers and architect certifications
Construction industry/job cost experience is preferred, but not required
Data Center experience is preferred, but not required
Knowledge of job cost accounting, GAAP is preferred, but not required
Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints
Provide a high-level of commitment to customer service with co-workers and stakeholders
Skilled at solving problems and dealing with a variety of options with limited information
Successful candidate must be a team player and able to work with a variety of people.
This position requires an organized individual with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Excel strongly preferred
Power BI knowledge preferred
Travel required is expected to be minimal

Additional Details
Salary Range: $95,000 – 100,000 Base
