Position Requirements

What Experience You Need:

5 + years' experience proactively sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates in financial services.
Ability to build or leverage a developed network of successful financial advisors.
Ability to determine overall success of candidates coming from firms with different philosophy and structure than Edward Jones and the ability to analyze training and compensation programs for candidates.
Strong resilient mindset, willingly initiating calls and comfortable in various interactions with potential candidates.
In depth knowledge of the industry and the ability to articulate how the Edward Jones value proposition compares to other firms.

Travel Expectations - This position will travel approximately 10-20% of the time.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
