Senior Technical Consultant/Digital Technology Subject Matter Expert

Position Type: Full-Time/Contingent

Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office. (see onsite requirements below)

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training/tasking may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:

• Provides high-level subject matter expertise, analysis, strategic advice, and technical guidance to support project execution, business and technical operations, strategic initiatives, workforce development, and business improvement, as required to support exceptionally complex digital technical and organizational tasks.
• Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that require expert level knowledge of the subject matter.
• Qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique and may include various digital innovation or disruptive technology areas (e.g., cloud, block chain, quantum computing, internet of things, AI, ML, automation, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting required.
• MS/MA degree in Information Technology or a related discipline and 10 years related experience, OR BS/BA degree in Information Technology or a related discipline and 14 years related experience.
