Job Summary

This position plays a unique role in driving the delivery of strategy using integrated views of the enterprise to align the business motivation, business operations and technology landscape in realizing the desired business outcomes. This role works heavily with leadership across all levels of the organization as well as collaborating with multiple areas in interpreting strategy into clearly defined scoped and prioritized courses of action.

Required Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience driving the delivery of medium to large scale transformations in complex, cross-functional organization OR 9 years’ experience driving the delivery of medium to large scale transformations in complex, cross-functional organization. 
* A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of understanding for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance 
* The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues 
* The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions 
* Experience using model-based views that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex information about the business 
* Experience planning and deploying business and IT initiatives in a complex, cross-functional organization 
* Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques 
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations 
* Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus 

Preferred Job Qualifications:

* Possess, or be on the pathway to possessing, industry-recognized architecture credentials, such as the Certified Business Architect designation from the Business Architecture Guild or the TOGAF 9.2 Practitioner designation from The Open Group. 
* Substantial experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, Business Process Management, Corporate Strategy, Program/Project Management, or Business Analysis 
* Healthcare experience preferred but not required
