We also manufacture parts for trucks and heavy equipment, food and beverage processing systems, appliances, and the electrical and electronics industries. We offer SPC data collection, JIT delivery scheduling, EDI capability, and we are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team. The STADCO Precision quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our quality assurance department works with our customers to develop quality plans and detailed job instructions to ensure the parts meet or exceed their required tolerance level. Incoming material inspections, machine set-up validations, operator in-process inspections, final pre-shipment inspections, and gage calibration are all components integral to our quality system.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for driving both strategic and tactical projects to achieve best in class quality for our customers
- Use Quality Data to lead systemic problem-solving activities to achieve the overall company product quality and performance goals
- Eliminate process variation by creating, revising, and implementing work instructions or quality standards.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Work with plant operational and lean practitioners in promoting the application of error proofing solutions that leverage root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Provide quality technical expertise for process development, maintenance, and adherence to engineering and quality specifications
- Communicate the status of quality issues internally and to customers as required
- Maintain expert level with our machine operators with SPC

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of five years relevant quality management experience in the small to mid-sized manufacturing environment
- Must have a high mechanical aptitude, and understand tolerances
- Working knowledge of inspection equipment and calibration management
- Experience with automotive industry and their production requirements
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
