Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Ford Certified Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-orientated professional with experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify vehicle issues using Ford specific diagnostic tools and software.
• Perform warranty and recall repairs as outlined by Ford Motor Company.
• Keep up to date with the latest Ford technology, service bulletins, and training programs.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Ford Certified Technician, preferred.
• ASE Certifications, preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ yrs. of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a Ford dealership.
• Strong knowledge of Ford vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and diagnostics.
• Ability to operate Ford IDS and other diagnostic tools.

The flat rate range for this position is $17.00 - $65.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
