Your job

As our Enterprise Marketing Manager you will be reporting into our Marketing Director, and your role will include:

• Leading the go-to-market strategies targeting large organisations in the BeNeLux, DACH, UK and Spanish markets;
• Developing high-performing ABM programs to optimise marketing efforts; 
• Executing marketing strategies that effectively engage HR professionals and C-level executives; 
• Contributing to the nurturing of a vibrant community within the large enterprise sector;
• Assisting with social media advertising and activities aimed at large organisations; 
• Facilitating strategic partnerships that extend our reach and influence;
• Delivering insights to harmonise marketing and sales strategies;
• Coordinating and collaborating effectively with our sales, product, and content teams. 

 

About you 

You're a critical thinker, able to capture the attention of high-level professionals in large organisations. You're passionate about mental well-being and are energised by a fast-paced environment. Your commitment to continuous learning and drive to implement new ideas sets you apart.

You also have:

• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in an international environment with B2B enterprise marketing or ABM.
• Great English and Dutch or German skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A knack for creating unique marketing strategies.
