Individual Sales Support Representative

What you do

 

Your key responsibilities: 

•    Provide excellent customer service to clients and brokers.
•    Demonstrate and build positive and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Demonstrate high quality in all written correspondence to clients.
•    Effectively manage workload to ensure all queries are dealt with within the stated SLA.
•    First time resolution of all queries, ensuring a focused attention to quality.
•    Ensure all work produced is audit-ready and in line with team and department quality standards

•    Provide timely and accurate information to all clients & brokers 
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge on individual product modifications in order to ensure accuracy in all dealings with clients & brokers
•    Prioritise your workload in line with team/departmental targets.  
•    Support the team as required on any ad hoc tasks or projects as they arise.
•    Support on any New Business quotes which need to be provided for brokers

•    Previous experience in a customer and quality focused environment, producing accurate work within agreed turnaround times. 
•    Experience working in a target driven environment with tight deadlines
•    Keyboard skills with experience of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and other standard software
•    A commitment to complete the Accredited Product Advisor (APA) in Private Medical Insurance
•    English language required and preferably a Second European Language
