The Owner Operator/Independent Contractor will operate their own vehicle equipped to provide nonemergency transport of mobility- impaired individuals and/or children by offering safe custom transportation to medical appointments or school transportation.

Requirements

Requirements:

· MUST be at least 21 years old

· MUST have a current, valid Class E (for hire) or higher driver’s license that has not been revoked or suspended for the last 3 years

· Must have a clean driving record including no DWI/DUI record for the past three years and never had a license suspended or revoked for any reason

· MUST be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen and pre-employment DOT Physical

· MUST be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship,

· MUST have a clean criminal record with no felony convictions in the last 10 years and no convictions of any kind at any time for drug violations, violent crimes or be a registered sex offender in any county or state.

· Must be willing to register with the Family Care Safety Registry with no findings
