We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Real Estate & Facilities to lead operations for a key district within the world’s largest contiguous corporate campus. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who excels at driving operational excellence, building partnerships, and delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day facilities operations for a designated district, ensuring service excellence and budget adherence.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Tier 1 outsourced vendors, overseeing work order processes and operational strategies.
- Manage and execute high-impact strategic programs across the Puget Sound real estate portfolio.
- Collaborate with business groups to align facility services with organizational goals and performance metrics.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budget management in partnership with finance stakeholders.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning for infrastructure systems and lifecycle management.
- Represent GWS in emergency response planning and corporate policy development.
- Partner with internal teams on master planning, workplace programs, and construction services to ensure seamless operations.
- Cultivate relationships with service providers to support reliability, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies that enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Support facilities engineering initiatives to optimize building systems and asset performance.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, Technology, Design, or related field AND 4+ years multinational corporate environment experience
- OR Master's Degree or equivalent degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, Technology, Design, or related field AND 2+ years multinational corporate environment experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- OR Master's Degree or equivalent degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, Technology, Design, or related field AND 2+ years multinational corporate environment experience
- 3+ years knowledge of utility ecosystems and corporate real estate best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate facilities management or related disciplines.
