Business Operations Marketing Assistant

This position is for GUARANTY MORTGAGE SERVICES, one of the Family of Companies of Newrez LLC.

Primary Function

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing assistant to join our Team. In this position you will be working on projects both collaboratively and independently. On a weekly basis you will organize and provide documents, reports and information to departments and external clients in a well-organized manner. You will also be responsible for any other administrative tasks that come up and company related tasks.

Principal Duties

• Create event fliers for loan officers
• Product fliers for loan officers  
• Create graphics for social media posts
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat
• Develop internal communications, achievement awards, announcements etc.
• Develop training documents and additional documents as requested.
• Internal and external event management
• Continuing education classes, PowerPoint, posters, marketing suite 12 events in conjunction with real estate company
• Create and promote marketing swag for realtor partner events
• Create materials within tableau to be shared with Shelter/Sanctuary team
• Work with vendors to obtain product quotes for marketing supplies used by loan officers.
• Create Power Point presentations for loan officers to use during meetings with lending partners.
• Other duties as directed.

Education and Experience Requirements  

• Bachelors Degree required, Major in Graphic Design preferred
