You will lead the team in the creation of our product and will need to partner with other cross functional teams, You will also provide technical direction and mentoring to employees on your team and others to achieve successful project outcomes. The successful candidate must understand the dynamics of global R&D while at the same time have the ability to adapt to Pure values and leadership attributes. This role requires the ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
