The objective is to reduce false positives, improve matching quality, and strengthen auditability and regulatory defensibility in a highly regulated environment.</p> <p data-start="689" data-end="924">Lead the end-to-end rebuild of sanctions monitoring, covering operational processes, technology, and tuning/remediation, with AI-assisted capabilities that improve efficiency while remaining explainable, auditable, and regulator-ready.</p> <h4 data-start="1223" data-end="1252">Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul data-start="1253" data-end="2210"> <li data-start="1253" data-end="1422"> <p data-start="1255" data-end="1422">Own end-to-end delivery of the sanctions screening transformation, including <strong data-start="1332" data-end="1419">governance, delivery plan, dependencies, vendor coordination, and benefits tracking</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1423" data-end="1585"> <p data-start="1425" data-end="1585">Define and standardize operational sanctions screening processes; oversee implementation and ensure remediation actions are delivered effectively and on time.</p> </li> <li data-start="1586" data-end="1734"> <p data-start="1588" data-end="1734">Establish operating controls, including <strong data-start="1628" data-end="1731">alert triage models, evidence capture, audit logging, SLA management, and confidentiality standards</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1735" data-end="1895"> <p data-start="1737&quo
