This position is the primary front desk attendant who is detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must be able think outside the box to get things done and have a creative problem-solving mind.

What you’ll be doing
- Creates and maintains Purchase Order (PO) log/enter timely and accurately; prints and distributes daily.
- Receives and prints all incoming custom order POs; provides detailed job information to Estimating, Engineering and Project Manager as required.
- Manages phone systems and serves as the primary phone attendant.
- Reviews all work orders for accuracy prior to releasing to factory.
- Communicates with Parent Company Customer Service as required to answer all questions and acquire permission to ship orders early.
- Generates custom order invoices and submits to Parent Company along with tracking information via Ariba.
- Verifies all shipped orders are removed from Work in Process Report.

- Knowledge of ERP or MRP system, QuickBooks and/or SAP.
