Our team in Space & Defense is looking for a Senior Engineering Technical Lead to join them. You will report to the General Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Blacksburg, VA.

 As a Senior Engineering Technical Lead, you will:

• Provide technical support to area resources for training, troubleshooting, general testing support and oversight.

• Assist in defining test station configurations and documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate test methods and verify accuracy of test instructions.

• Assist in the rapid deployment of ATE’s, with support and general oversight.

• Monitor ATE performance; support root cause and corrective action (RCCA) of test anomalies.

• Collaborate with development team members on system integrations.

• Perform test equipment gauge repeatability and reproducibility (GRR).

• Support production personnel to resolve technical issues during manufacturing and test.

To be considered for Senior Engineering Technical Lead, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline.

• 3 years of management or leadership experience in a technical role.

• 5 years of experience in Electrical Test Engineering

• 10 years of professional or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.  

• Expertise in team building, career development, and performance management.

Salary Range Transparency:

Blacksburg, VA $100,000.00–$129,000.00 Annually
