HRIS Director

Dragos is a high-growth cybersecurity start-up, and we are looking for a talented and analytical Director of HRIS to drive and lead the daily operations of our HRIS (UKG and iCims) to support the full life cycle of our employees.  The HRIS Director provides strategic and operational direction for the organization’s human resource information systems and functions. They direct the design, selection, implementation, and modification of domestic and global HR software solutions.  The successful candidate will ensure that all HR-related systems are regularly updated and compliant with labor regulations. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will also possess in-depth knowledge of HR-related software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Directs the functions responsible for administering the HRIS system and all its core HR processes and functionalities.
• Develops strategy and roadmap for aligning HRIS services with the needs of Dragos domestically and abroad.
• Partners with leadership across the organization on the means of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations through use of HRIS technologies.
• Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the HRIS function.
• Develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure
• Sets the department milestones and goals
• Formulates the HRIS technology and talent budget
• Reports departmental progress to executive leadership.
• Leverages extensive knowledge of all department processes, policies, and technologies to champion adoption of the HRIS technology and processes across the organization. 

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in HRIS Management
• 5+ years’ experience with UKG
• Experience consulting with users/SMEs to define, gather and document functional business requirements
• Familiarity with payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, re-prioritize based on business demands coupled with a strong sense of urgency.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $150,000
• Base + Benefits + Equity = $245,000
• Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)
• Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
