Product Manager, Emerging Use Cases

The Team:

The Celonis Business Apps team is a team of product enthusiasts that focuses on developing best-in class Business Apps across business domains, such as Finance, Supply Chain, IT or Front Office and supports industry specific solutions. Business Apps are purpose-built solutions created for a specific line of business, addressing most impactful pain points in their respective domain. The Apps and Solutions are best practice examples of how Celonis is used in new, innovative ways that push the boundaries of our platform. The team has a great balance of technical skills to build solutions paired with a customer focus and product management mindset to create meaningful products widely adopted across our customer base.

The Role:

We are looking for a product manager to enable Celonis Platform App Partners to build specialized solutions for new use cases on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. There is a significant opportunity to expand the existing portfolio of Celonis Apps with new initiatives or process areas. In addition, you will record and prioritize partner requirements and work with the Celonis PnE team to provide the tooling to partners that is needed to build best-in-class solutions. You will bring in your experience in solutioning, program mgmt, Celonis development and product management and act as the interface between our partners, our Go-To-Market, customers and our Product & Engineering teams, shaping the future of the Celonis’ Business Apps portfolio.

The work you’ll do:

• Work directly with partners and the Go-To-Market organization to source new candidates for the Celonis Platform Apps Program.
• Enable specialized partners to build applications on Celonis, scaling our Business Apps offering to untapped cross-industry and industry process areas.
• Support the app development and drive quality assurance before app launches and major updates.
• Influence and feedback the platform development to mature the best-in-class Process Intelligence Platform based on partner input.
• Deliver small tools and best practices to scale the program.

The qualifications you need:

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Value Engineering, Consulting, Business Analytics or comparable roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and create alignment across different functions within an organization.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Track record of developing and shipping value-adding products.
• Advanced skills in relevant programming languages such as PQL, SQL or python.
• Initial experiences with enterprise business processes across ERPs, CRMs, SRMs and comparable systems.
• Experience in (product) marketing, messaging and positioning is a plus.
• Industry specific experience is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (German is a plus).
