Work you'll do

As a Delivery Management Engineer II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Define product vision, target users, and value proposition for delivery efforts supporting implementation teams, client administrators, and end users
  • Build and maintain a roadmap that balances client needs, delivery efficiency, technical health, and commercial priorities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog and sprint execution, and support prioritization and release planning across concurrent programs
  • Monitor sprint progress, report team metrics, and drive process improvements to support quality and release readiness
  • Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, engineering leads, and implementation leads to promote alignment across teams

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile delivery role
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for one or more development teams
  • 2+ years of experience managing product backlog, sprint execution, and release planning
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Palantir Foundry or other data platforms
  • Experience in software development, business analytics, or other technical roles
  • SAFe certification such as SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist
  • Advanced agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Release Train Engineer, or similar
  • Experience using agile metrics tracking tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne
