Join our team of 7 dedicated members supporting our sales organization to drive successful business outcomes. The Commercial Support role is pivotal, connecting various departments across borders. Historically, it has been a stepping stone for many long-term Hempel careers, providing foundational knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Master Data Management: Maintain and manage data for Above the Line (ATL) customers and Global Key Accounts (GKAs).
Quotation and Specifications Management: Create and update quotations and specifications in relevant IT systems (CRM, CPQ, ERP).
Product and Technical Support: Offer product and technical advice to customers and the Care organization.
Digital Orders Tool Management: Promote and support the adoption of digital ordering tools like My Hempel.
Tinting Machines Management: Oversee the tinting machines located at customer premises, including handling repair requests and multi-tint management.
Commercial Organization Support: Assist with pricing, freight, and charge lists creation, and manage customer-related data in ERP and CRM systems.
Key Tasks:
Provide technical and product-related support.
Prepare and update technical and commercial quotations, ensuring accurate communication with customers.
Support customer onboarding to digital ordering tools.
Manage contracts and technical documents such as certificates, safety data sheets, and test reports.
Conduct customer analyses and prepare related reports.
Handle complaint forms and support the complaint investigation process.
Proofread technical marketing materials.
Occasionally perform cross-border commercial support activities.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in the coating industry or successful completion of an apprenticeship or study program.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Experience in ERP and CRM environment including (D365, SAP)
Well-rounded Excel skills including Microsoft Office package
