Job Responsibilities

As the Talent Management Lead, you will become the go-to global expert on Talent Management, shaping processes, tools, and best practices while providing valuable consultation to HR managers and HR Business Partners. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our strategic succession planning initiatives, guaranteeing the availability of strong talent pipelines for critical roles. Through meticulous data analysis, you will uncover actionable insights by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Additionally, you will play a key role in educating HR and people managers on talent management strategies, nurturing a culture of ongoing growth and development within the organization.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, People Development, or as an HR Business Partner. 
• Strong stakeholder engagement, change management, project management, and communication skills. 
• Preferred experience with SAP Success Factors. 
• Proven ability to thrive in a global matrixed organization.
