This role is responsible for driving high‑quality HR Generalist delivery, shaping Employee Relations strategy, and orchestrating complex organizational change across a dynamic, global matrix environment.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">This role directly manages both the <strong>AMER HR Generalist (PXC) team</strong> and the <strong>AMER Employee Relations (ER) team</strong>, ensuring cohesive service delivery, operational excellence, and a consistent employee experience across the region. You will guide both teams through annual HR cycles, coach them through change, and elevate their impact through data‑driven insights, process improvements, and strong stakeholder partnerships.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">While day‑to‑day work is rooted in AMER operations, this role also plays a critical part in aligning complex regional practices with the global PX organization. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Studio HR, and global PX leaders to deliver integrated solutions, influence cross‑regional initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of our global HR operating model.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Success in this role requ
