Your team
Cleveland’s technology and automation is innovative. It is the U.S. sole source for plastic pour bottles, glass IV, and various reconstitution devices. This facility produces a number of major product lines with a diverse array of automated manufacturing technologies ranging from bottle solution filling, injection molding, tubing extrusion, and device assembly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Working Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am - third 12 hour day TBD
- Verify steam sterilization schedules and vessel qualifications.
- Document batch related data on sterilization charts and records. Follow Good Documentation Practices.
- Monitor and record cycle activity.
- Load/unload sterilizer trucks to cooling dock.
- Perform light maintenance duties related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Assist with calculation for mix time changes to successfully complete a mix time change and communicate to filling.
- Ensure department is audit ready at all times.
- Participate in and complete all required training and certifications.
- Assist in Filling and Packing as needed to meet production goals.
- Learn, understand and apply meticulous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur.
- Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma required.
- Additional technical training or education a plus.
- Computer proficiency and ability to use software applications.
- Ability to work in unfavorable hot and cold temperatures.
- Ability to step up, bend, and stoop.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift above the shoulders up to 20 pounds repetitively.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures and regulations a plus.
- Previous experience in sterilization a plus.
- Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures.
- Able to complete documentation legibly and perform basic math.
- Trained as work saver driver preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Must Be able to work weekends.
- Meet visual acuity requirements as documented in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity procedure CL-01-01-037.
