Requirements

  • Must have experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and accomplish tasks, despite interruptions
  • Proficient in resolving customer concerns and issues
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Proven track record of dependability


Responsibilities

  • Provide service information and recommendations to customers
  • Maintain dealership quality standards
  • Schedule appointments
  • Sell service, labor, and products
  • Accurately document repair orders with customer’s concern, cause, and correction
  • Conduct post-repair follow-up
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Superior customer service
  • Assist the Service Manager in daily operation and oversight of service department
  • Maintain shop workflow to maximize shop productivity, based on dealership policies and technician skill levels
  • Provide support to other service advisors and technicians
