What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with questions about lumber, hardware, paint, windows, doors, and more
- Offer helpful advice and product recommendations to support customers’ home improvement projects
- Process special orders and use our point-of-sale system for lookups and transactions
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming
- Help load materials into customer vehicles when needed
- Pitch in with various store tasks to keep things running smoothly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
- Knowledge of building materials is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work Saturdays
- Self-motivated and organized with problem-solving skills
