In addition, we specifically expect the following from you:<br><br>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or comparable technical background combined with strong business knowledge<br>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven leadership experience in international IT or application management, preferably within manufacturing or automotive<br>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Extensive experience with ERP systems (Comarch, SAP, or similar), EDI, and business process harmonization<br>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Track record in leading global rollouts, including Business One and comparable enterprise systems<br>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands on approach<br>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent leadership, communication and change management skills<br>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High degree of international mobility and willingness to travel<br>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent English, Polish and German are an advantage<br><br>Your Responsibilities:<br><br>If you want to face the exciting challenges of the automotive industry every day and keep a cool head in stressful situations, the following tasks await you after intensive onboarding:<br><br>- Lead, coach and develop the Applications team and key users across all sites<br>- Establish clear governance structures and performance standards for the global ERP and EDI landscape<br>- Own the harmonization of Comarch ERP rollouts and EDI projects worldwide<br>- Ensure stability and continuous improvement of the existing Business One rollout<br>- Define and implement global KPIs and reporting systems for application performance<br>- Establish and lead standardization of processes, master data, and best practices<br>- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across all application systems<br><br>What We Offer:<br><br>At GOTEC, you can expect varied and demanding tasks in a dynamic team with flat hierarchies, as well as excellent professional development and advancement opportunities.
