The Opportunity:
CACI is currently seeking a Material Coordinator. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, crossfunctional, and geographically distributed te


Responsibilities:

• Performing material transactions that mirror the physical movement of parts through the production lifecycle
• Physically moving parts through production including but not limited to kits from the stockroom to the production area
• Track material through the production life cycle
• Create manufacturing orders
• Create purchase requests in support of consumables
• Create purchase requests for inventory to support material planning
• Supporting the non-conformance process and the associated material transactions
• Monitoring production inventory levels
• Supporting daily production standups
• Closure of manufacturing orders and delivery of completed parts to the stockroom
• Validating manufacturing documentation matches the as built configuration
• Supporting the team on call as needed for emergency parts requests
• Working with receiving inspection to process parts as needed
• Supporting inventory audits
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Required: 

• US citizenship, due to nature of the work and contract requirements
• 3 years’ experience working in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, production, or materials planning environment Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using an ERP system such as Costpoint
• Experience working in material handling or as a production coordinator in the aerospace or defense industry.

Desired:

• Ability to obtain a clearance
• 3-5 years experience working in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, production, or materials planning environment Preferred Qualifications
