The Walking Delivery Associate will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedule and will require ensuring that the deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.

Requirements:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area via foot.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions.
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Obtaining client or customer signatures and/or pictures for proof of delivery.
• Follow company's safety policies and procedures.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3pm. 

Please note that these hours are subject to change based on business needs. Flexibility in availability is essential, as adjustments may be required to meet operational demands.
 

Pay: $20-$22 Per Hour

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Prior customer service and delivery experience desired.
• Comfort /familiarity with basic smartphone operations.
• Must be detailed oriented and organized.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Travel & Work Conditions:

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs constantly throughout shift.
• Frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions with exposure to extreme hot and cold weather elements.

Education and Experience:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Holds a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last 3 years.

Work Authorization:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.
