<p>Our client is a prominent player in the ceramic tiles manufacturing industry, specializing in delivering high-quality products for various projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> to join their team.</p><p><strong>Relocation is not required.</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Tasks and responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Strategic product development: </strong>Development and implementation of long-term product development strategies in line with the company's objectives. Setting the direction for product innovation, taking into account market trends and customer needs.</li> <li> <strong>Product portfolio management: </strong>Overall responsibility for the product portfolio, from planning to market launch and beyond. Continuously analysing and adapting the portfolio in order to remain competitive.</li> <li> <strong>Leadership and team management: </strong>Leading the product management team, including selection, training and development of staff. Promoting a collaborative team culture and ensuring high performance standards.</li> <li> <strong>Market analysis and competition monitoring: </strong>Continuous market monitoring, analysis of competitors and identification of opportunities for product improvements. Derivation of strategies to secure and expand the competitive position.</li> <li> <strong>Customer communication: </strong>Close collaboration with sales and marketing to understand customer expectations and incorporate them into product development. Development of marketing concepts in collaboration with the marketing team.</li> <li> <strong>Project management: </strong>Management of product development projects from conception to market launch. Coordination with various departments to ensure that projects run smoothly.</li> <li> <strong>Budget responsibility: </strong>managing the product management budget, monitoring expenditure and ensuring the profitability of product development projects.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements </strong></p><ul> <li>You have a degree specialising in business administration or industrial engineering.</li> <li><strong>You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the construction or interior environment, ideally in the tile environment.</strong></li> <li>You can manage a team and prioritise tasks.</li> <li>You have an analytical, structured and methodical approach, excellent communication skills and organisational talent.</li> <li>Your personality is characterised by a high degree of strategic thinking coupled with a strong hands-on mentality, a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.</li> <li>You work in a structured and effective manner, even under time pressure.</li> <li>You are familiar with marketing analysis tools and data-driven decision making and are someone who keeps up to date with industry trends and new developments.</li> <li>Your profile is rounded off by a good command of written and spoken English.
