The work:

Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls and delivery targets. Requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations. Requirements:

• Manage software development activities.
• Setting goals for team members.
• Provide guidance to improve work productivity.
• Ensure delivery timeline are met.
• Ability to manage multiple project initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate task completion.
• Analyze software requirements and facilitate story creation and grooming.
• Provide technical support to other teams and individuals.
• Participate in software solutioning discussions.
• Ability to understand program constraints and stakeholder expectations. 
• Responsible for mentoring and directing software team members on project work and career goals.
• Continue to find improvement opportunities of the projects.
• Build and deliver high quality software.

Here's what you need:

• Professional work experience as a Sr Developer leading and developing on-prem cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Work experience using devops tools such as Maven, Git,Jenkins.
• Work experience developing applications (eg. Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Weblogic, etc).

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
