As a Mid Quality Assurance Engineer, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality web-based application that drive our mission forward.</span> <h3>What you'll be working on:</h3> <ul> <li>Take ownership of the QA process within the development team by performing manual tests to ensure functionality, usability, and overall quality with a customer-centric mindset;</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to identify, report, and follow up on defects and areas for improvement;</li><li>Support and coordinate QA activities during the release process, including planning, communication, and validation;</li><li>Perform REST API testing;</li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI test automation using Playwright, with opportunities to grow your technical skills over time.</li></ul> <h3>What we expect from you:</h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of commercial experience in Quality Assurance or software testing;</li><li>Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices across various testing types (manual, UI, API, exploratory);</li><li>Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, browser DevTools, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman);</li><li>Strong attention to usability and user experience, with a customer-first mindset;</li><li>Experience in documenting test plans, test cases, and defects in a structured and organized way;</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts;</li><li>Some experience in test automation (especially UI automation using tools like Playwright) is a strong plus.</li></ul><span><b>What we offer:</b></span><br/><span>— <b>Flexible work environment </b>— We value the advantages of in-person collaboration and prioritize work from our offices in Wroclaw or Bialystok.
