Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Orthopedic & Neurologic Rehab

Our outpatient Therapy Center in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team focused on orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses
• Develop individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
• Deliver evidence-based, hands-on outpatient therapy services
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term success and independence
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
• Strong interest in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care
