About the Role

Red Rock Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Patient Coordinator to be the first smiling face our patients see! This key team member helps create a welcoming environment for patients and families, manages scheduling and communication, and supports the office team to ensure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
   
• Manage the daily schedule to keep appointments on time and well-organized.
   
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
   
• Schedule new patient consultations, adjustments, and follow-up appointments.
   
• Verify insurance benefits and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete.
   
• Collect payments, process transactions, and post charges accurately.
   
• Communicate effectively with patients and parents about appointments, financials, and treatment progress.
   
• Coordinate with clinical and treatment teams to maintain smooth patient flow.
   
• Maintain patient records and update information in the practice management system.
   
• Support a clean, organized, and professional front office area.
   

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
   
• Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred.
   
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
   
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
   
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking with ease.
   
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
   
• Familiarity with dental/orthodontic software is a plus (training provided).
