Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Systems Engineer with Network and Cyber Engineering, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You should have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• IP networking and protocols; IP network security policies, practices and secure network transport practices: experience in using network analysis tools such as Nmap and Wireshark.
• Using network security technologies such as firewalls, proxies, iptables, AV solutions, VPN's, IDS/IPS, etc.
• Cyber operations and/or cyber security and related technology, including defensive methodologies and offensive operational security.
• Familiarity with covert comms technologies and mis-attributable internet system designs.
• Understanding in cloud computing platform technology   such as AWS, Azure, Google, cloud computing environment and cloud security.
• Understanding of system Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux, Mac OS, Mobile OS) and how servers/client are built and secured.
• Ability to research, analyze, prioritize, problem solve,  synthesize large amounts of data/information, and to work several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement and good administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and be able to convey technical information to non technical individuals.
• Ability to draft assessment reports and memorandums to convey technical risk and recommendations to non-technical individuals.  

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• Computer networks and their use in clandestine   intelligence operations.
• Understanding of covert and clandestine comm techniques and technologies, including those for data exfiltration anonymization/mis-attrib.
• Evaluating/assessing counterintelligence threats and vulnerabilities from cyber technology in clandestine intelligence operations.
• Foreign intel and security service capabilities, methods to defend, detect and disrupt clandestine intel op threats.
• Understanding of cellular technology, from device turn on, to power off, network functions (SMS, MMS, Voice, data) and cellular system functions.
• Understanding of wireless computer networking and RF technology along with a familiarity with clandestine technical collection capabilities and field ops.
