About the role:

CitrusAd provides e-commerce retailers with a SaaS digital advertising platform that unleashes the potential of an online shelf space. Through its white-label Retail Media Platform, CitrusAd empowers retailers to monetize their site traffic using personalized advertisement solutions including Sponsored Product listings, Responsive Display Banners, Email advertising, Branded Landing pages, and much more.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA and/or MBA, and previous experience as a financial analyst or manager in the Retail Media/ECommerce/Consumer Packaged Goods industries with an emphasis on strategic financial planning and laser focus on sustaining growth by implementing a clear, financial and cost control strategy to focus on the most profitable areas of the business.  The position is based in Tampa Bay/ St Petersburg Florida

About you:

We are looking for a Finance Manager, FP&A who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Be a true finance business partner across CitrusAd, Epsilon and Publicis Groupe; who is analytically strong, able to get into the details of the business
• Drive and operate agile and effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting management processes
• Keep the regular finance and accounting rhythms of a business with millions of client transactions each year running reliably and accurately
• Sector and FP&A experience with SaaS businesses
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting
• Experience with international revenue and accounting as well as international operations
• Have experience and a passion for leading projects and working across organizations to complete projects
• Be a no-drama, team player who models and demonstrates integrity, agility and drive
• Deep experience in retail media/Ecommerce/CPG businesses Required
• Experience across all financial and accounting functions, including financial modeling, multi-year forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
• Inter-company reporting and compliance including transfer pricing and cost-plus agreements
• Enhancing and maintaining a strong partnership with HR, legal, commerce systems and growth teams
• Proven experience building budgets, EBITDA forecasts, and cash forecasts to guide and support executive management decision making – experience with management reporting dashboards is a plus;
• Partner with the Global Head of Finance and Regional CEO - Americas and support the growth of the business by providing insight and strategic direction
• Spearhead the Regional budgeting and forecast process in conjunction with a fantastic global team
• Generate ad hoc metrics and reporting including employee utilization and project profitability and analyze for issues and opportunities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• MBA or other advanced degree or certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CFA, etc.);
• 5+ years’ progressive experience in Finance
