Litigation Attorney - Habitability Law

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our Habitability Department. This role is ideal for a skilled plaintiff-side litigator with experience in habitability or landlord/tenant disputes. The position offers an opportunity to advocate for clients within a dynamic and collaborative team.

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and client correspondence.
• Advise clients on case strategies and legal options to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Oversee and mentor paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.
• Develop case strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements

• Active bar membership.
• Minimum 1-2 years of litigation experience in a law firm.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
