Job Summary:
The Cybersecurity Strategies Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advanced cybersecurity strategies to protect our infrastructure and applications. This role requires in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity controls, cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and experience with the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and a proven track record of securing complex IT environments. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies to protect IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
- Utilize eMASS to manage and monitor cybersecurity risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT and cloud service teams to integrate security controls into cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including system security plans, risk assessments, and security procedures.
- Provide guidance and support for the implementation of security controls and best practices.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure the organization remains protected.
- Conduct training and awareness programs to educate staff on cybersecurity best practices and policies.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
