Summary

Coordinate office activities related to the clinical setting or as directed by the Practice Manager. Assist the Practice Manager in coordinating clinical personnel activities in order to provide efficient patient flow and adequate staffing. Provides effective communication and relationships with Providers, Patients and Staff, to ensure exceptional healthcare for all our patients.Two to three years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse required in a physician office setting. Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills. Verbal and written skills required. Demonstrates effective organizational skills. Ability to learn and effectively use an Electronic Health Record within an outpatient setting.Speech and auditory acuity for communication of patient's needs. Visual and auditory acuity for observation of patients. Much standing, stooping, kneeling, walking, bending and lifting. Position may involve skin, eye, mucous membrane or parenteral contact with blood or other potentially infectious material. Ability to work under mental and physical stress is necessary.
