We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded marketing communications leader to develop and execute integrated marketing communications that accelerate therapy awareness, strengthen brand preference, and support commercial growth across our Neuromodulation portfolio. This role combines strategic leadership with people leadership. You will lead complex, marketing communications initiatives from strategy through execution while also coaching, mentoring, and developing talent within the organization. You will partner across Marketing, Commercial, Medical Education, Clinical, Digital, Regulatory, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that reach patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and referring physicians.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional execution and proven people leadership experience. They bring experience leading integrated marketing campaigns in healthcare or another highly regulated industry, understand how to translate complex clinical information into compelling customer experiences, and are comfortable driving alignment across a matrixed global organization while developing high-performing teams.

Lead Integrated Marketing Strategy

  • Develop integrated marketing communications strategies that align with commercial priorities, therapy marketing objectives, and portfolio growth strategies.

  • Build annual campaign plans and communications roadmaps that support product launches, therapy awareness, and market development initiatives.

  • Partner with therapy marketing, commercial, and regional marketing teams to identify opportunities that increase customer engagement and accelerate business growth.

Lead Integrated Campaign Development

  • Develop and execute global integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.

  • Create audience-first marketing strategies for patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and referring physicians.

  • Translate clinical evidence, product innovation, and customer insights into compelling, compliant messaging and campaigns.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Drive Content Strategy and Customer Engagement

  • Lead development of high-impact marketing assets including digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, videos, webinars, email campaigns, social media content, advertising, sales enablement tools, and thought leadership content.
