Find out more about us on www.schaeffler.com/consulting.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Your Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Execute consulting projects with clients from different business areas or corporate functions with focus on the area of strategy – in close cooperation with colleagues from the other consulting areas Performance Improvement, Transaction Services and Transformation &amp; Change Management</li> <li>Assist our clients with strategic issues across the company and create sustainable solutions through a smart combination of methodology, logic, and creativity</li> <li>Develop new business strategies, analyze and design operational and organizational structures, analyze markets, identify market and technology trends and create new business models</li> <li>Support due diligences and identify synergy potentials in acquisitions</li> <li>Steer strategy implementation projects with a focus on business transformation as well as management of the PMO of large projects </li> <li>Assume responsibility for complex tasks and provide functional leadership / workstream management while receiving individual sparring from experienced Project Managers</li> <li>Support the acquisition of consulting projects</li> <li>Support in the further development and growth of Schaeffler Consulting</li> </ul> <h2>Your Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>(Master’s) degree in economics, business administration, indutrial engineering, business information systems, natural sciences, mechanical engineering, or comparable</li> <li>Several years of experience in a renowned strategy consultancy or industry experience in an internal department with focus on the execution of (consulting) projects in the areas of strategy and organizational development, business transformation and M&amp;A</li> <li>Strategic and operational thinking and acting combined with the ability to keep calm in challenging situations</li> <li>Strong analytical, interpretive, and presentation skills combined with persuasiveness and a talent for facilitation</li> <li>Curiosity about constantly evolving topics, perspectives, and people as well as the determination and energy to see oneself as a service provider and to actively contribute to the company’s development together</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken</li> </ul> <h2>What we offer</h2> <ul> <li>You will be involved in significant projects, making a long-term contribution to their success and receiving recognition for this within the Schaeffler company</li> <li>You will be treated as an individual instead of as a resource and have a direct influence on the further development of Schaeffler Consulting – you will have a voice in the selection of your projects and internal engagements</li> <li>You will build a broad, global network and benefit from a steep learning curve through a wide range of international projects</li> <li>Our team is our foundation and glue – we stick together, enjoy being with each other and celebrate our successes.
