Fashion Designer - Urban Streetwear/Sportswear

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Part-time 20 hours a week flexible during client business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs based on mood boards, inspiration, and/or direction.
  
• Produce detailed fashion sketches and digital flat designs.
  
• Create comprehensive tech packs, including measurements, fabric recommendations, and specifications for sampling and manufacturing.
  
• Design collections that may include:
  
• Hoodies, pants, tees, cargos, and tech jackets.
  
• Activewear across multiple categories.
  
• Headwear such as fitted caps and beanies, and accessories.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a fashion designer, preferably in streetwear and sportswear.
  
• Experience with headwear and accessories is a plus.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in relevant styles.
  
• Proficiency in fashion design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
  
• Ability to create accurate, production-ready technical drawings and tech packs.
  
• Strong sense of fashion trends, fabric selection, and design aesthetics.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work from concept through to production.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing headwear and accessories.
  
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and materials sourcing.
