Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Subrogation Paralegal concentrating on the service of process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience filing and serving lawsuits throughout the United States and Internationally. This role requires strong organizational skills managing a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively and strong interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage service of process for lawsuits.
  • Use all means possible to locate Defendants through online research and phone calls.
  • Track and monitor the status of service of process to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare all relevant motions and affidavits regarding service of process including Secretary of State.
  • Communicate with process servers, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service of process activities.
  • Handle a high volume of cases, ensuring each is processed accurately and promptly.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and management.
  • Prepare and file legal documents related to subrogation claims.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for subrogation cases.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, focusing on service of process.
Comprehensive understanding of legal procedures and requirements for service of process of lawsuits

  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
