The Opportunity That Awaits You:         Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey that will revolutionize the way men suffering from BPH are treated? The Group Marketing Manager, US Commercial Marketing will lead a team of downstream product marketing managers to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to drive adoption and utilization of Aquablation Therapy.  This commercial leadership role will help set the strategic direction for the US business, partner with international marketing,  contribute to achieving US revenue and profitability targets, develop and execute the annual US marketing plan, and build and lead a high-performing marketing team. The Group Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to integrate marketing strategies with product marketing, integrated marketing communications, medical education programs, operations, clinical affairs, reimbursement, global leadership development and sales.The position requires a leader with a proven track record of developing and executing commercialization plans to drive product adoption.  The candidate will have a strong track record of developing people, must possesses excellent presentation and communications skills, and can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders including clinicians.  This position will report to the Director –US Commercial Marketing and Medical Education Programs.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

  • Be the US procedure and marketing expert providing in-depth knowledge of market trends, the competitive landscape, clinical outcomes research and product utilization.
  • Lead the development of innovative strategies and tactics focused on clinical value propositions for Aquablation therapy for Urologists.
  • Lead the development of promotional marketing campaigns that drive awareness, shift perceptions, increase share gains for Aquablation Therapy and drive robot adoption.
  • Develop impactful clinical value propositions and clinical evidence summaries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital executives, and urology practices.
  • Develop the US annual marketing plan
  • Lead the development of key technical and marketing materials to support the US sales force and maintain frequent communication with the field, providing high value insights and capturing customer/sales rep feedback.
  • Ensure team remains current on key clinical literature and competitive activities and communicate important findings to the sales force and management.
  • Develop marketing resources and sales support tools that help educate various stakeholders throughout the patient journey including surgeons (existing users and non-users), APPs, clinic staff, OR staff, PACU staff, and referring physicians.
  • Lead marketing strategy and tactics for AUA and partner closely with international colleagues on EAU, JUA, and BAUS marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Partner with international colleagues to leverage US sales and marketing strategies, tactics, and materials for international markets and ensure aligned Aquablation messaging around the world.
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics and partner with patient marketing to to surround the practice with Aquablation marketing tools for patients.
  • Lead planning and execution of the annual Global Sales Meeting content and agenda.
  • Create and manage a centralized sales communications process.
  • Partner with sales leadership on sales enablement efforts to ensure strong sales and marketing execution and ensure that marketing strategies are effectively launched and utilized in the field.
  • Partner with sales leadership to support quarterly US utilization and robot sales targets through the development of quarterly impending events and patient awareness strategies.
  • Lead quarterly Sales Advisory Council meetings.
  • Analyze product utilization trends, conduct primary market research and partner with key opinion leaders to help inform and champion user-centric product enhancements.
  • Initiate and participate in key customer visits, either onsite or in the customer’s clinical setting, tailoring the message to meet visit objectives.
