Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee PJM and other utility interconnection queue submittals for assigned projects
• Provide interconnection status updates to PJM, TOs, and Dominion for all assigned projects during construction
• Participate in coordination meetings and submit weekly and monthly progress reports as needed to keep all parties aligned on scope, schedule, permitting and budget
• Work with business partners to advance projects through the appropriate queue processes
• Collect and manage project technical documentation for necessary studies, as-built submittals and other PJM-related studies
• Develop and document interconnection-related processes and procedures

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 3 – 5+ years of experience directly working with Electric Transmission/Distribution specifically previous work experience with PJM
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Utilities experience is Required
• Must have PJM experience and MUST be clear previous work experience
• Candidate must have a previous experience with transmission systems (operations, design, engineering, etc.) and experience working with generation interconnection.
• Working knowledge of electric transmission/distribution systems
