Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management.
Position Summary:
The Lead, Revenue Planning & Insights Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the GTM organization. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional operating cadences, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and performance metrics. By developing and maintaining structured KPI and reporting frameworks, this position provides visibility into key revenue drivers, enabling data-driven insights that optimize growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, process optimization skills, and a collaborative mindset to standardize GTM processes, enhance revenue performance analysis, and support strategic initiatives. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, this role will drive alignment on reporting, forecasting, and business strategy while supporting high-impact projects that enhance predictability and scalability across the revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Cross-Functional Operating Cadence – Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes for GTM functions, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and metrics while driving operational excellence.
- Develop and Maintain GTM KPI & Reporting Frameworks – Establish structured frameworks to track GTM performance, ensuring data integrity and consistency while providing visibility into key metrics.
- Analyze Revenue Performance & Generate Insights – Evaluate key revenue metrics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to optimize growth, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
- Standardize GTM Processes & Workflows – Streamline workflows and processes across Revenue Operations to enable scalable execution and improved predictability.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to align on KPIs, reporting, and strategic initiatives that impact revenue performance.
- Support Strategic Projects & GTM Insights – Provide analytical support and thought leadership on high-impact initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance forecasting, performance measurement, and long-term GTM strategy.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, preferably within SaaS or tech environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field required
- Proven expertise in forecasting, revenue planning, performance reporting, and strategic analysis across GTM functions.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM, BI tools (Tableau, Power B), and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
