Responsibilities:

• Setup and Presentation: Prepare dining room and stations, and assist with special functions as directed to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
• Hospitality: Greet and seat residents in the dining room with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Service Excellence: Take food orders from residents in the dining room, serve meals across all areas of the Community, and assist in the delivery of food carts to various locations within the Community.
• Table Maintenance: Bus and reset tables and stations promptly to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Assist in all Community activities requiring dining services, collaborating closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly and assist with additional cleaning as directed by the Director of Dining Services.
• Training and Development: Participate in educational training, in-service meetings, disaster preparedness teams, and other trainings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and positive atmosphere of the Community.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.

· Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.

· Flexibility in schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
